Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
- One year experience in customer service or a related field.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
