Executive Assistant

Role Overview
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the MD/CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute various projects and special assignments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial services.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support role.
