Head of Marketing
Job Location: Mowe, Agbara – Ogun & Ajah – Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote property sales, rentals, and corporate brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Create innovative campaigns to position the company as a market leader in the real estate industry.
- Oversee the development and management of online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes.
- Optimize the company’s website for lead generation and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Develop effective marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements, to support property sales.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Allocate resources effectively for campaigns, events, and marketing tools.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Delegate responsibilities and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, legal, and property development, to ensure seamless marketing efforts.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate.
- A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI on marketing spend.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
