Medical Laboratory Scientist

Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited is a major player in the Agro-allied industry in Nigeria. We operate in 4 states in Nigeria namely, Ondo, Ogun, Delta and Edo States. We belong to a West African group called SIFCA headquartered in ivory Coast.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Medical Laboratory Scientist

Job Locations: Araromi Obu Odigbo LGA – Ondo and Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate test results for staff and their dependents.
  • Carry out laboratory analysis of body fluids, tissue, cells
  • Evaluate and help interpret test results to Physicians
  • Crossmatch blood for effective transfusion
  • Manage all laboratory activities across all sites.
  • Establish quality assurance to monitor and ensure accuracy of test results
  • Ensure compliance in all Laboratory processes

Requirements

• B. Sc. in Clinical / Medical Laboratory Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a standard hospital or a reputable medical outfit.
• A member of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria, with a practicing License.
• A smart, diligent, hardworking, responsible, and reliable personality with high integrity.
• A team player, with ability to work under pressure and keep patient medical test results confidential.
