1.) Office Secretary

Job Summary

  • Our client require the service of an Office Secretary; the Office Secretary provides administrative support to ensure seamless operations, coordinate day-to-day activities, and maintain a professional office environment.

Job Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

 

 

  • Correspondence: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate files, databases, and documents.
  • Data Entry: Update customer records, bookings, and inventory.

Travel-Related Tasks:

  • Booking Assistance: Support travel consultants with reservations and bookings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare travel documents (visas, passports, itineraries).
  • Travel Information: Provide general travel information to clients.

Office Management:

  • Office Supplies: Maintain inventory and order supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is functional.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized office space.

Customer Service:

  • Reception: Greet clients, answer queries, and assist.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns.

Financial Tasks:

  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Payment Processing: Assist with payment processing and tracking.

Qualification / Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in secretarial studies, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage (though not compulsory)
  • Familiarity with any travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an added advantage (though not compulsory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Hours:

  • Standard office hours (may require flexibility for events and travel).
  • Proximity to the Anthony area of Lagos is crucial.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
