Job Location: Anthony, Lagos

Description

• They require the service of a Student Recruitment officer who will assist in developing and implementing recruitment plans to achieve enrolment targets and report directly to the MD/CE.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to achieve enrolment targets.
• Identify and prioritize target audiences, markets, and events.

Prospective Student Engagement:

• Respond to inquiries, provide program information, and guide students through the application process.
• Conduct campus tours, presentations, and interviews.

Event Management:

• Organize and participate in recruitment events (open houses, fairs, conferences).
• Represent the institution at local, national, and international recruitment events.

Marketing and Communications:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (brochures, social media, websites).
• Utilize CRM systems to manage inquiries and track engagement.

Partnerships and Outreach:

• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and organizations to foster referrals.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with international recruitment agents.

Data Analysis:

• Monitor and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy adjustments.
• Provide regular recruitment reports to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with admissions, academic, and faculty staff.
• Contribute to institutional enrolment and retention goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of higher education trends and policies.
• Experience in international student recruitment.
• Ability to travel (domestically and internationally).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.

Working Hours:

• Standard office hours (may require flexibility for events and travel).
• Proximity to the Anthony area of Lagos is crucial.

Salary Range
N90,000 – N120,000 / Month, Plus commission.
