- We are looking for a Strategic HR Manager to drive the people agenda while managing their newly deployed SeamlessHR platform.

About the Role
- As the Strategic HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support the business objectives across the African continent. In addition to overseeing traditional HR functions, you will ensure the optimal use of SeamlessHR, driving efficiency and innovation in our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals, and Pan-African presence.
- HR Technology Management: Manage and optimize the SeamlessHR platform for talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, and analytics.
- People Management: Lead recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to Pan-African labor laws and HR best practices in all operational regions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and metrics from SeamlessHR to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Culture Building: Drive employee engagement, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts and build capabilities to support growth in a fast-paced IT environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Experience: At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic leadership roles in IT or related sectors.
- Certifications: HR certification and chartered status required: SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM, or ACIPM.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in managing SeamlessHR technology platform.
- Pan-African Expertise: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices across multiple African countries.
- Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
